53' Hatteras

Check back with us to see updates of our newest project.  We will be replacing the cockpit deck of a 53' Hatteras by building the deck and new mezzanine modularly at the shop.  This has been an off and on project for us as we have worked closely with the owner.  The deck, step-up and mezzanine have been glassed in to the boat.  The design challenge of this project was to build it off-site in our shop and make it strong enough and light enough to carry down the owners dock and install it while the boat is still in the water.  Doing it in this fashion saved a ton of money in haul out fees and other added costs.  In these pictures you will see the progression and scope of the work that has been done.  The owner is very hands on, and has put a lot of sweat equity into this project.  We have enjoyed being a part of this project and look forward to lending a hand when our services are needed.  

1967 Seabird V20

We are converting a 1967 SeaBird from an inboard/outboard cuddy cabin to an outboard center console.  We will be replacing the transom, stringers, deck and cap with non-rot substrates and finish her out using Awl-grip products. 

25' Bertram

We are restoring this 1963 Bertram 25.  Check back to see this fishing machine get revived. Owner has decided on converting her into a Center Console boat.  This project has been an off and on project for us.  The center console will be a lounger style console with a drop down head.  There will be an aft bench beam wise forward of the transom.  We have enjoyed designing and building his dream boat.  It will be powered with a single 300hp mounted on a bracket and have a bow thruster.
