We have worked hard on our reputation over the years in the repair, refit, and restoration side of our business. The same high standards we have for the work that leaves our shop, are required prior to us agreeing to listing your boat. All boats listed above have met our requirements prior to listing.
Listing requirements:
- If a seller has been a customer over the years, we value some items prior to listing through commission rate in order to offset initial expenses prior to listing, knowing we have worked/up kept the boat over the years and because we value our long term customers.
- Boat must come to shop and be inspected for major or minor structural damage; major structural items are required to repaired prior to listing agreement. Cosmetic issues are encouraged, but specifically addressed according to customers desired return.
- Systems check of all items; we suggest to seller what they should address prior to listing
- Detail of entire boat
- We suggest to each seller to have the engine('s) serviced prior to listing
- We encourage buyers to cross check each vessel via a 3rd party Survey at their expense.
- Items seller does not want to address are calculated into the initial asking price in order to create a fair deal at sale, and can be negotiated further if work is done by us.
This all creates for a very open, honest and quality driven platform that allows us to confidently advertise a Sea Worthy vessel that can be enjoyed for years to come.
