Boat hit a submerged I-beam in the Cape Fear River at high speed. I-beam punctured through and scraped glass from bow to stern just starboard of center line, flattened the lower unit, cracked the motor cowling on the forward edge of motor well, and split glass across top of upper bolt holes. She as set to go fishing now.
Ran aground and the transom flexed enough to crack cap and hull joint at transom. The channel marker had been misplaced due to maintenance which caused her to hit bottom. This Charter boat has got some hours on her. Our instructions were to replace the transom and perform a "like for like" repair. She now has a Coosa composite transom. Notice in the pics of her floating where the waterline use to be.

This boat had a pretty bad collision which took an inch of glass out of her hull. After this repair, we see why Regulator is one of the best built boats on the market. The impact also cracked the port side fish box and the fillet around the entire deck. We vaccuum bagged 20 layers of glass into the repair area, faired her back out, and gave her a nice Awl-grip paint job in Sea Foam Green. We glassed and finished out the fish box and fillet using factory matched gel-coat. We also gave her a fresh coat of bottom paint.

Impact damage from hitting a channel marker. Luckily no one was injured. We were happy to get her repaired and in the water.

This boat was backed into a telephone pole and cracked the starboad side of the transom. We were able to glass and match the gel-coat perfectly. We added an impact block to the bow so she is easier to get on and off the trailer with minimum damage and installed a new rub-rail. We hope she is enjoying the hunting and fishing this fall.
